MAXXIS BIKE Transalp 2024: Experience BIKE Transalp on the E-MTB!
New format in 2024: The EMTB Transalp!
E-biking has boomed like no other bike discipline in recent years. Of course, we also adapt to this trend! For the 26th edition of the MAXXIS BIKE Transalp we open registrations for e-bikers to experience the Transalp myth.
The 75 participants of the EMTB Transalp have to cover the breathtaking route of the regular Transalp. The EMTB participants start at a different time and in their own format. The won’t be timekeeping from start to the finish, but on individual challenges on the route that encourage the race feeling.
Charge the batteries, set, go!
There will be a battery exchange station on each stage for our EMTB participants. All participants need a second battery and a combined total of at least 1,200 watt hours of power. For those interested, we also offer rental bikes from our partners. As with the regular Transalp, there is the option of shortened participation within the Explorer Days on one or two stages.
