Answers to frequently asked questions
How do I know whether the BIKE Women Camp is right for me?
We try to describe the requirements and nature of the BIKE Women Camp as best as possible on our website. If you have other questions, please feel free to contact us direct. We would be happy to advise you and find out together whether the Camp is right for you.
Do I need my own MTB?
Yes. We do have several bike manufacturers on site who will bring bikes. But we can’t guarantee you’ll be able to use a rented bike on all days since want to offer this opportunity to all participants.
What other costs will I have to pay?
In our service overview you’ll find all the services included in your registration fee. You’ll need to pay for your accommodation and your travel expenses (fuel, road toll…). You can find accommodation packages on our website.
Where and when do we meet on day 1?*
We will meet at 10.00 am right on the event premises by Lake Molveno.
Can I still take part in the BIKE Women Camp if I don’t speak German?
International participants are welcome. Our guides all speak English, so there’s no problem if you don’t speak any German.
How are the various levels assigned to the tours?
There will be groups for beginners all the way to experienced Bike Park “shredders”. All groups are only led by female guides. At the BIKE Women Camp in Molveno we organise the tours for three different levels. These levels primarily relate to riding technique, since we will be using the ski lifts to ascend to the Dolomiti Paganella region. This means, the fitness requirements are moderate and the tours actually feasible for everyone. Instead, we can look forward even more to the downhill trails and to working out there. There will be approx. 10 groups ensuring there is the right match for every one of you. We assign you according to fitness and also riding skills. We also assign you according to your riding technique level (Blue stands for Easy in technical terms, Red for Intermediate and Black for Expert in riding technique terms).
