PACKING LIST

Prerequisites

  • The BIKE Women Camp is designed for anyone from beginners to advanced trail lovers
  • Trail experience
  • We will gain some altitude every day, which is why a certain fitness level is required

What you should bring along

  • Your own bike, test bikes are provided for test rides
  • Good tyres – check the profile beforehand
  • Helmet is mandatory or full face
  • Protective goggles and/or sunglasses (not too dark)
  • All-weather bike wear!
  • Long biker gloves are recommended
  • Knee and elbow protectors (limited number available on loan)
  • Bike backpack, hip bag or the like
  • Inner tube, small pump and mini tool (should be carried by everyone if possible)
  • Bike lock
  • Comfortable (if need be, also warm) yoga wear
  • Swimsuit and/or board shorts & bikini (for paddleboarding)
  • Please bring your own towel / pad (yoga mats are available)
