The Festival offers an exclusive platform to present your products and services to a wide audience of gravel enthusiasts and outdoor fans. As an exhibitor, you have the opportunity to present your latest products, receive direct feedback from participants and make valuable contacts.

- Set-up days: Thursday, September 10, 9:00 - 18:00 (from 9:00 - 11:00 accessible only for trucks >7.5 tons), Friday, September 11, 9:00 - 14:00
- Security: The entire area will be guarded by a security company from 19:00 in the evening until 10:00 in the morning. This is not our own stand security. The organiser assumes no liability for stolen items

Rental fee for expo space: EURO 80/qm
Security fee: EURO 240,00
Waste disposal rate (<70 qm): EURO 100,00
Waste disposal rate (>70 qm): EURO 150,00
Electricity 230 V: EURO 200,00
Electricity 400 V, 16 A: EURO 225,00
Electricity 400 V, 32 A: EURO 250,00
