HOW TO GET THERE

Whether by bike, public transport or car, here you will find all the options for your journey to the Gravel Ground.

• Bike: Always follow junction 43 of radrevier.ruhr to get directly to the event site by bike. More information about the junction system in the Ruhr region here.
• Public transport: The bus lines:
  SB27, from Wanne-Eickel Hbf / Marl Mitte, bus stop Bergwerk Ewald 1/2
  and 210, from Herten Mitte / Recklinghausen Süd Bf., bus stop Gelsenkirchener Str.
  will take you directly to the event site.
  You can find the timetable here.
• Car: You can find the Hoheward Landscape Park via the A2, A42 or A43 motorways. Older navigation systems sometimes do not know the address of the visitor centre. Then try "Ewaldstr. 261" or "Lise-Meitner-Str. 2", these are the addresses of the Ewald colliery site in 45699 Herten. Free car parking is available at Doncaster Platz West and East.
