Walking, running and cycling are among the basic modes of transport for children. But safe cycling means more than just pedalling – it requires skill, control and practice.
That is why the North Rhine-Westphalia Cycling Association has launched VeloTiade, a special event format that focuses on bike control and riding technique.
The course will be open from 12 to 13 September 2026 during the Gravel Ground's opening hours at the Ewald Colliery.
The challenges will take place on Saturday (12 September) between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. and on Sunday (13 September) between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. and will be supervised by experts from RSV NRW.
