In the immediate vicinity, numerous directional signs lead to the event site of the BIKE Festival Saalfelden Leogang.

Set up and dismantling of the fair
The trade fair set-up will take place from Wednesday, 10.09. from 02:00 - 06:00 pm and on Thursday, 11.09.2025 from 10:00 am - 06:00 pm.
When you arrive at the exhibition center, please report to the Expo Office (see Expoplan) and we will show you your stand area and hand out all exhibitor documents to you.
We would like to ask you that the dismantling of the stands on Sunday, 14.09.2025 only after
after the end of the festival at 04:00 pm.
Please note that fixing your stand is only allowed with weights. Drilling into the asphalt is not allowed. In case of disregard, the repair costs will be charged to the polluter in full after the event.
Exhibitor passes
You will receive your exhibitor passes when you register at the Expo Office, located directly at the festival grounds.
Water/electricity connections
Electricity distribution boxes are located at regular intervals on the fairgrounds. All exhibitors who require and have pre-ordered electricity access must to bring your own extension cords or a cable reel in order to have a length of about to bridge a length of approx. 30 m. The connection will be made exclusively in the presence of a fair representative. For the water connection you have to bring hoses (1 inch) with a length of approx. 30 m with you.
Compliance with the space requirements
In view of your official registration (number of square meters booked) and in the interest of fair and in the sense of fair cooperation between the exhibitors, we ask you to set up your booth exclusively in the area allocated to you.
Opening hours of the fairground
Friday: 11:00 am - 06:00 pm
Saturday: 09:30 am - 06:00 pm
Sunday: 09:30 am - 04:00 pm
The fairground is accessible for the exhibitors two hours before and one hour after the public opening hours. For security reasons, it is not permitted to enter the fairgrounds during the night is also expressly prohibited for exhibitors.
Replenishment
Exhibitors have two hours before the start of the trade fair to individually replenish their stands (give-aways, information material, etc.). The passage tickets for Exhibitors entitle them to pass through the security controls.
Exhibitor parking
The exhibitor parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity of the event site and are clearly signposted. A parking ticket is required for parking, which you will receive at the Expo Office when you register. This is free of charge for all exhibitors and must be filled out and visibly placed behind the windshield.
Security period exhibitor parking:
Thursday 09:00 am until Sunday 08:00 pm
If you would like to have your vehicle guarded from Wednesday to Thursday, you can place this on the Expo grounds. Please discuss a suitable parking position with the Expo Office.
At this point we would like to point out that car washing is prohibited on the festival grounds.
Camping is also not permitted on the Expo grounds or exhibitor parking lots. Alternative camping information can be found here.
Waste disposal
Your waste will be disposed of daily in the evening. Please note that your waste will be deposited in front of your Expo booth in the evening and will be separated as follows for proper disposal:

Guarding
The festival area will be guarded by a security company from 06:00pm in the evening until 09:30am in the morning. This is not an individual stand guarding.
The organizer is not liable for stolen items. The security service is not allowed to let anyone onto the area. We therefore ask you to take your personal valuables (cell phones, keys, hotel keys, etc.) with you when you leave the area at the end of the day.
Individual stand security
You can order individual stand security from the security company COWINA. Please book the individual guarding exclusively with the company COWINA! No other security company will be allowed on the festival area.
