A professional logistic team will take care of your bag (included in your starter package) each day. They will pick up your bag from your hotel, transport it to the next stage town, directly into your hotel. Using this service is absolutely worthwhile and gives you the change to concentrate 100% on the race.

In each stage town you can find a “Do it yourself” Bike Wash Station, which is equipped with high-pressure cleaners and detergents.

There will be a bike park in each stage town. Each participant is allowed to leave his bike in this permanently monitored area. This service is outsourced to a professional security company.

The Chill out Area right next to the finish line is the perfect place to relax, to recover and to get to know others. Furthermore, you get delicious smoothies, cool drinks and small snacks free of charge in a very laid-back atmosphere.

The company Datasport from Switzerland will take care of the timekeeping. Modern technologies and a long history of transalp experience will guaranty a smooth timekeeping.

There will be a gentle team waiting for you to offer a great variety of food at two stopps along the course and next to the finish line. Enjoy sandwiches, cakes, specialties of the region, fruits and drinks.

A professional bike service team will be along the course and at the finish area to provide a basic repair service. Supported by different sponsors and partners of various segments, common repairs can be done free of charge. You just have to pay for the spare parts you are in need of. Next to this service, you can repair your bike by your own at every catering point as we provide a regular tool kids, air pumps, tubes and trades there.

A team of round about 100 – 150 people per stage will take care of your security while riding along the route.

The start and finish area is the main infrastructural part of the event. Therefore, you can find a professionally branded start and finish line in each stage town with an EXPO-Area, where our partners and sponsors are going to present themselves. Next to services and information, you also have the opportunity to buy products. A moderator and good music will provide information and good feelings all day long.

The first stage town hosts a kick-off event for all participants. The evening is a relaxed "get togehther" where the race director gives out some information about the track, you get to know the other riders and start into an adventurous week with a joint pasta meal. At the last stage we celebrate togehter at the closing event. With a cold finisher beer and a nice meal we'll review one week of Transalp. The dinner at these two events is included in the entry fee.

In the morning it can be quite cold but you don´t want to carry your jacket? It´s raining while riding your bike and you can´t wait to get into dry and warm clothes? With our Day Bag Service you don´t have to care about this issues. Just put your things into the bag (included in your starter package) and give it to the Day Bag Team just next to the starting area. Right after crossing the finish line the Day Bag will be waiting for you nearby.

The safety and well-being of participants and spectators of the event alike, is guaranteed by a team of paramedics, nurses, emergency coordinators and doctors, who are trained in the many different fields of emergency medicine.

The roadbook contains important waypoints and additionally the time at different speeds and that also serves for wayfinding.

You can freely park your car in marked parking lots for the whole event period.

Experience a smooth and comfortable transportation to one of the most exciting cycling events of the year! Our service partner HOST provides a shuttle.

Of course, your health will be taken care of again this year! You will have the opportunity to have your tired legs loosened up immediately after your race. Masseurs and physiotherapists from Resi Sport GmbH will be available on site to provide you with advice and support and, above all, expertise and skills. In some finish towns, the hotel capacity directly in the town center is unfortunately not sufficient to accommodate all participants. We will therefore set up a shuttle for you in these places, which will travel from the finish line to the alternative locations mentioned.
