In this 60-minute morning class, we’ll move step by step into a dynamic flow of mindful movement. A practice at the intersection of yoga, tai chi and traditional Chinese and Japanese medicine – it feels like meditation in motion: the breath leads, the body follows, the mind becomes still.
Strength and flexibility are enhanced, tension is released, and energy is unleashed. Carried by music and mindful breathing, the mind sinks completely into stillness during the final deep relaxation – ready for whatever the day brings.
Suitable for all levels. No previous experience required.
