Is there going to be a bike park?
Yes, there will be a free bike park that will be open and staffed during the following hours:
- Friday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Sunday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
The bike park is located on Straße zur Hoppecke, across from the main entrance to the Expo, and is signposted on-site at the festival grounds.

Advance reservations are not accepted. Spots are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment is done by an on site official after you have secured a spot on your own.

The marathon starts on Saturday at 7:30 a.m.

No, you have to decide on a route beforehand.

Registration for the BIKE Marathon 2026 is possible online. You find the link on the page "Side events --> Marathon".
Where are the start and finish areas for the marathon?

The start and finish area for the marathon is located on the street "Vor den Weiden".
Will there be refreshments before the start, on the course and at the finish?

Before the start, isotonic drinks will be provided, which riders can fill into their water bottles. There are several aid stations along the course. In addition to isotonic drinks, these stations will offer fruit (bananas, apples, oranges, lemons), cake, and water. Refreshments will, of course, also be available at the finish line.

Our cancellation conditions can be found under § 4 in our GTC. In addition, there is the possibility of a starting place transfer. Under § 2 (4) in our GTC you will find the corresponding conditions.

How do I register my child for the Junior Trophy?
Registration is done online as for the marathon.
From what age (up to what age) can my child start in the Junior Trophy?
From what age (up to what age) can my child start in the Junior Trophy?
The start at the Junior Trophy is already possible from the year 2023. Children born up to 2012 can take part.
