Information for campers at the BIKE Festival
Area for Camper Vans
Visitors to the Bike Festival in Willingen who come to the event by camper van over the bike weekend have the opportunity to park their vehicle on the commercial camper van car park ‘Wohnmobilpark Willingen’, Am Hagen 8.

Caravan site at the Mühlenkopfschanze
There is an additional caravan site at the Mühlenkopfschanze, Zur Mühlenkopfschanze 1, 34508 Willingen (Upland). You can find more information at https://www.weltcup-willingen.de/wohnmobilstellplatz
As there is a very high demand, a minimum stay of 3 nights is required.
The fees are to be paid at the Willingen Ski Club office (fan shop) in the function building.

There are no other caravan pitches available.
Camping area at the tourist info
As in previous years, the municipality of Willingen (Upland) has set up a chargeable camping area at the tourist info (see below for cost contributions). In return, toilets, waste disposal and showers will be provided. A security service will also be on patrol. Please note that it is forbidden to dispose of waste water in the street drains (a criminal offence!).
Camping on the large area at the tourist info is only permitted within the marked areas. The marked driveways and escape routes must be kept clear at all times.
Costs
The following fees are charged for this area and collected on site by employees of the municipal administration:
1 - person tent 25.00 Euro flat rate
2 - person tent 35.00 Euro flat rate
3-4 - person tent 45.00 Euro flat rate
Vehicles in which overnight accommodation is provided are charged as 4-person tents.
The prices are valid for the duration of the bike weekend. It is not possible to charge by the day. Billing is carried out by employees of the municipality, who can identify themselves accordingly with a Bike Festival organisation card.
Authorisation cards will be issued as proof of payment of the cost contribution, which must be clearly visible at the tent entrance/bulli.
Showers and toilets
Shower and toilet containers for guests on the large camping area at the visitor centre are located in the immediate vicinity.
Additional toilets - open around the clock from Friday - are located in the basement of the visitor centre. Dixi toilets will also be set up at the edge of the tent area.
Camping is strictly prohibited in the car parks and in all areas not specifically designated for tents and camper vans.
The tent/mobile home areas will be available from Thursday, 22 May 2025.
Riders Camp
This year there will also be a separate paddock in the camping area at the tourist information centre. This is intended exclusively for enduro and downhill riders. The prices are the same as for the public camping area (see above).
